2 Large Tomatoes
3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
Wash all your vegetables thoroughly then chop into bit-size pieces.
Mix the vegetables with the Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Place the mixture in a flat dish and cover. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
When you're ready to server sprinkle with Feta cheese. That's it. Seriously, I told you it was easy.
